❙ INTRO MINGLE (SUSUKINO)
[ It's early morning when the characters automatically come to, and they'll find themselves in the inns of either Akihabara or Susukino as if waking up from a very restful sleep. Even if their origin wasn't the Japanese server, they've somehow found themselves here anyway!
Suddenly in the body of their avatars it might be a bit difficult to get around at first depending on their configuration, but when they leave their respective buildings they'll notice that the cities seem livelier than they usually are, filled to the brim with People of the Land (who curiously, seem more responsive than usual), as well as having various food booths with a wide assortment (though tasteless) set up.
On closer inspection, one peculiarity is that all guild data has been wiped clean (while everything else is left untouched), and it's up to them whether or not they reestablish their guild or not and claim a new guild hall.
Characters are free from now on to do as they wish! Attempt a dungeon? Contact a friend? The choice is yours! Feel free to play out random encounters and/or People of the Land at your own discretion. If you want to timeskip into a week to skip all the formalities as well, you're more than welcome to, just put a note somewhere in your intro! Be sure to familiarize yourself with the setting before posting as well. ]

Be careful when you approach, there seems to be an intense amount of brightness appearing from this person. She's not sparkling, right?]
This... Looks so perfect on Mitsuki! I knew it. I chose really well this time.
[Did we mention she sounds like a man?]
Then maybe I should find a matching outfit instead?
you're terrible
(un)fortunately, she soon spots the familiar back of mi... tsuki...?? and makes a beeline towards her- i mean, him. why are you posing though???]
Mitsuki-sen—[she starts, but cuts off as soon as hiroomi opens his mouth] ...
[after a quick internal debate on whether to dropkick him or not (she's still getting used to her avatar, so she'll save it for later, perhaps), she just walks over to him halfheartedly. a familiar face is a familiar face, but why this]
Hiroomi-senpai. That's disgusting.

that nonetheless leaves her to embark on an epic quest — to which she starts with the most obvious location — only to be unsure of whether or not she should be relieved when she actually finds him. ]
Aniki. [ he can bet that she's gripping — tightly, on his arm. there are so many things wrong with what's in front of her where does she even start!? don't change clothes ever, especially into idol outfits, don't talk don't move don't do anything. ]
An appearance changing potion. We're looking for one. Right now.

[Kinchan is yelling at the gate NPC!! Or maybe he's just yelling at air and drawing his fingers down his face.]
W-what do ya mean I can't get back to Minami?!
[He kind of figured that if he got back there, he could find a way back out of this game. Don't question his logic.]
b: later that week to now.
[Somehow he threw caution into the wind, since this one has always ran on instinct anyway, and has somewhat understood (HOW) that to fight you just do it, not with computer actions! But now this level 90 monk is bored, so he's manage to punch a tree for wood, and has managed to get some string. Why yes. He's making a tennis racquet. You may be spotting him in the middle of Susukino doing this.]

[A sleepy-looking samurai approaches...! In reality, he's also just kinda bored. Chiaki had been more of a casual gamer until now, and he's not sure what to do with all his extra time here. Obviously, being up in people's business it is!]

At the moment though, this guy seems as confused as he is, and considering he doesn't look like a student in Naraka, it probably means it was something else that's causing this.
He's not sure if that is better or worse.
Tatsumi stands there for a moment, torn between just walking away or helping the poor NPC. (NPCs, after all, aren't real people. Would he even want to associate with a guy like this for what could possibly be a part of a quest within the city?) However, when nothing happens aside from the NPC trying to calm the other guy down, he reluctantly moves over to start tugging at his shirt to get his attention. Come on, man. Chill out.]

a. day of the apocalypse
[ The young sorceress walked around confused at the dozens of people in this place. She wasn't used to it, no she was, but she wasn't. There was no way, this couldn't be elder tale right? Rika walks up to someone, wanting to confirm her suspicions. ]

Apocalypse evening; Susukino Inn
Is that even possible, in a game? Well, under normal circumstances, you there wouldn't be as many people gathered in the city's inn at one time, granted. Plus no one really wants to sleep outdoors in such a pokey cold place like Susukino. But that's how it is, until the innkeeper (bushy-eyebrowed, terribly apologetic) continues:
"This gentleman has just taken our last room!"
--and here Uruma looks up from where he's inspecting the key at the counter. His gear doesn't look too impressive (hello, level 20s assassin), but he doesn't look too unfriendly!
Perhaps if you try to convince him, he might consent to sharing rooms...for a price. Or perhaps he could even be talked into selling his room (or handing it over?)? Who knows. ]
no subject
Of all the people he could run into. Uruma may not be the worst person out there, but he wasn't exactly high on Tatsumi's list of people he'd like to see. Maybe Rokudou or Hinata, would especially prefer to see Miko, but Uruma?
Well, he supposed it's better than nothing. He makes a beeline towards the assassin, ignoring the people who were protesting about the lack of rooms in favor of trying to catch his attention by tugging at his sleeve.]

[While many people are freaking out over the new developments, Shiro stretches with his hands over his head. He whistles as he walks down the streets, seeming distracted. His umbrella (why does he have an umbrella rather than a staff though???? Joke weapon I guess-) is resting on his shoulder, and he seems to be taking it rather well.
It's only because in real life he doesn't have this kind of freedom, and in a way, it's nice to be able to explore again.
Feel free to chastise him for not taking this seriously at all----as he's really not.]
option b; a while after
Ehh... [His voice comes out tired as he lays slumped over a short wall. He appears tired, honestly, but after a moment of silence, his stomach rumbles.
He's hungry.]
I wonder where to look... [He rolls over, off onto the floor as he tries to stand. Maybe some kind Samaritan will help this newbie?!?!]
no subject
Tatsumi blinks as he watched him, not quite certain what he's doing until he hears the rumble of his stomach. Ah... so that's what.
Well, he's probably not going to be very happy when he finds out the teensy problem with the food around here. Still, he seems to be weak from hunger, and while Tatsumi has a policy not to get involved with dangerous or suspicious people, he's not heartless.
So, after debating for a short while, he sighs and opens his inventory for a peach before approaching.
Shiro might find a Swashbuckler hovering above him with an outstretched hand holding a peach, hoping the action is enough for him to understand.]

Rinoa herself always found herself answering questions when they commented, but beyond that she just lingered near her friends. Being without them is frightening, overwhelmingly so, but she manages to compose herself enough to try to get the hang of movement.
That's as much as she figures out to do before she's heading straight for the gates that lead out! ]

[ ...who just so happens to, indeed, be a cleaning fairy. he's short-statured, sporting a housekeeper's apron and headscarf over pointed elf ears with the apparent gear of an assassin on his back. his deep-set scowl says enough as he beats out rugs and goes about dusting, but he's doing about any "quest" his skill set allows for some extra gold. a guy could only battle alone for so long before it wore him out, and he's a bit prickly in regards to partying up with strangers.
feel like giving him a hard time? are you the klutz that knocks over his pail while he scrubs floors? is he dishing you up some soggy cracker soup to be (far from) enjoyed on an empty stomach? no matter how you go about it, chances are you're bothering him. but that's half the fun, right? ]
( > Proposition dat shawty )
[ once the initial uproar had settled down, so too had many of the adventurers. Levi, however, is far from settled. he seems intent to take advantage of the lull to rake in as much gold as possible before everyone gets back on their feet and crowd the better farming spots, so he's subtly wandering around the outskirts of town for anyone who looks compatible with his class and who may be near his level range, heading out to battle.
assassins are a helpful enough class to party with, at any rate, and the two swords at his hips make his build clear enough. he specializes in a flurry of combos, quick and agile while doling out steady damage; he isn't the typical one-hit wonder, but his low HP makes partying incredibly helpful and he'd be a competent enough "shield" for the magic classes.
at a middling level 48, any takers? ]

Though it was hardly an unusual situation now in Susukino (there were a lot of bad personalities here, especially since PKers are plentiful), it didn't mean it doesn't happen. At the very least, Tatsumi just grinds his teeth and take it, even if the other party was off to who knows where after laughing at him.
Once they were gone, he picks himself up, forgetting almost immediately about the bucket and the person who may or may not get mad at the fact that he just accidentally ended up giving him more work to do.]
I am so incredibly sorry for the delay I ended up starting to move the day after augh

[...
For the first few seconds Squall awoke in his 'Wolf Fang' avatar, he spent it staring at the panic that ensued before slowly cradling his head in his right hand, clearly already getting a headache from the noises that abound from either players or Landers. Sure he might not be an advocate for mass panic, but even if it's not his problem.
It sort of still linked to his. So quiet is good, yeah. It's good.
Now, what to do...?
Those around the current area during the general time frame will find an unamused, level 45 Wolf Fang Samurai linefacing at you all. Feel free to bother him, kick him or do whatever to him to get his attention.]
[ B: 'I'm still not used to this.']
[It's been a few days, and he's starting to get used to being stuck in this place, as much as he hated it. It's just an extension of his physical exercises, that's all. The fact that some of his supposed 'party members' are not online is also a good thing since he's pretty sure they... wouldn't take this too well either.
Those around the outskirt of Susukino will find him just clearing small mobs to get ingredients he could take to the Lander Cooks. Sure it might taste like bread, but really it's better than nothing at all.]
