❙ INTRO MINGLE (SUSUKINO)
[ It's early morning when the characters automatically come to, and they'll find themselves in the inns of either Akihabara or Susukino as if waking up from a very restful sleep. Even if their origin wasn't the Japanese server, they've somehow found themselves here anyway!
Suddenly in the body of their avatars it might be a bit difficult to get around at first depending on their configuration, but when they leave their respective buildings they'll notice that the cities seem livelier than they usually are, filled to the brim with People of the Land (who curiously, seem more responsive than usual), as well as having various food booths with a wide assortment (though tasteless) set up.
On closer inspection, one peculiarity is that all guild data has been wiped clean (while everything else is left untouched), and it's up to them whether or not they reestablish their guild or not and claim a new guild hall.
Characters are free from now on to do as they wish! Attempt a dungeon? Contact a friend? The choice is yours! Feel free to play out random encounters and/or People of the Land at your own discretion. If you want to timeskip into a week to skip all the formalities as well, you're more than welcome to, just put a note somewhere in your intro! Be sure to familiarize yourself with the setting before posting as well. ]

[Kinchan is yelling at the gate NPC!! Or maybe he's just yelling at air and drawing his fingers down his face.]
W-what do ya mean I can't get back to Minami?!
[He kind of figured that if he got back there, he could find a way back out of this game. Don't question his logic.]
b: later that week to now.
[Somehow he threw caution into the wind, since this one has always ran on instinct anyway, and has somewhat understood (HOW) that to fight you just do it, not with computer actions! But now this level 90 monk is bored, so he's manage to punch a tree for wood, and has managed to get some string. Why yes. He's making a tennis racquet. You may be spotting him in the middle of Susukino doing this.]
a!
[ casually side-eyes his yelling… all she can tell is that the NPC looks. really really frazzled. ]

And probably forgets his own virtual strength.
He looks over to her, still pretty upset.]
Not really? Maybe? I just don't get it.

[ video games can follow the same plot lines as fantasy novels, right?? technology gone wrong and all that how would she know!! ]

[ SUSUKINO ISN'T THE BEST PLACE TO BE STRANDED. . . ]
no subject
[UH KIN-CHAN...And he says this as he has a level 90 monk, what a kid.]
BUT YEAH, I don't get why they gotta shut this down too?!
[A LONG SIGH.] Ah well, I guess I'll run to Minami.
no subject
[ maybe it'd help for her to not leave it at that. maybe. point not-so proven? ]
… You do realise how long that'll take you, right? Not forgetting to account for the mobs you'll encounter on the way to.

[Okay never mind, but he really doesn't see a problem with this. He tried running most of the way from Osaka to Tokyo once and that totally turned out okay! (not really.)]
Nah, I done it before! Well, Shizuoka to Tokyo! Yamato is only half the size of Japan, right? I can do it, Nee-chan, carryin' you too if ya want.
no subject
[ There's no helping the narrowing of her eyes. ]
And I don't need you to carry me. It'll just be on my conscious if I'm the last person that's seen you live before you've gone missing.
no subject
[NO HE STILL DOESN'T GET IT.]
Okay, so you wanna walk? [KIN-CHAN.] But nah, you don't gotta worry about me! I'm a level 90!
b!
[A sleepy-looking samurai approaches...! In reality, he's also just kinda bored. Chiaki had been more of a casual gamer until now, and he's not sure what to do with all his extra time here. Obviously, being up in people's business it is!]
no subject
Yeah! I'm making a tennis racquet. You want one too? Then we can play!
no subject
But then again, he supposed, at least tennis was something you could play with only two people. ...and they were stuck. Sacrifices might have to be made.]
I've never played before. That okay?

At the moment though, this guy seems as confused as he is, and considering he doesn't look like a student in Naraka, it probably means it was something else that's causing this.
He's not sure if that is better or worse.
Tatsumi stands there for a moment, torn between just walking away or helping the poor NPC. (NPCs, after all, aren't real people. Would he even want to associate with a guy like this for what could possibly be a part of a quest within the city?) However, when nothing happens aside from the NPC trying to calm the other guy down, he reluctantly moves over to start tugging at his shirt to get his attention. Come on, man. Chill out.]
no subject
[He starts looking around quickly to see who tugged his shirt, and then notices the other player! Though still visibly upset, he still gives this guy his attention, since the NPC wasn't helping much. Maybe he knows something!]
Do ya need somethin'?
no subject
Calm down. He doesn't know what happened either.
no subject
Do ya know what happened? Cos still don't get it, no one can get sucked into games, right? [He says this as he believes his captain actually has poison arms and a couple of other tennis players could potentially be zombie masters. Welp.]
no subject
But then he's seen more terrible things happen so...
Scribble scribble scribble.]
Maybe. We don't know yet. [Page flip. Scribble.]
The NPC seem weirded out too.
